Hellgate Map Remodel

In Revit we are remaking the high school floor by floor. We are doing this so we can make changes we want to as well as to take a better look at the actual construction of the school.

Rawr

This is the kitchen, it has full furnishings with room to move around. It has a side cabinet that is for extra storage of anything too large to fit in a cabinet. The island is there to add more room for cooking materials. The fridge is placed where it is to help complete the area, and the middle cabinets will be double sided. The window placed above the sink will end up being taller, this is a rather out of date sheet, and the island in the middle will be larger to become more symmetrical.

These are the elevations in my house, as well as the views of it from the sides. East, North, West, South respectively.

Cloud Render

This is a cloud render of the house, the bottom section is the basement underneath the ground, and the front sheet window is the living room. The side sheet window is in the office.

House Floorplans (Not completely furnished.)

 This is the basement, the stairs down here have access directly to utilities so people in the game room can avoid being bothered. Theres also a crawlspace access for maintenance. The Misc room can be turned into anything the owner wants, from a downstairs guest room to an extra storage room.

 This is the first floor, the entrance has access directly to the bar area and the main living room. With an easy access from there to the kitchen and upstairs, as well as the dining room. Theres a home office at the north side of the house. With a room off the side that can also be turned into whatever the owners wanted, however it comes as a storage room.

The second floor, with quick access from the bottom floor to all the bedrooms, as well as a patio. Note the second floor storage in the garage. Theres also a second floor living room connecting to the main hallway and the bedroom office. The master bedroom is separated and has an office in it that allows for more privacy. The house also has three bedrooms.

Apartment Design

This project was to design an apartment with all the necessities of a standard living space. The apartment is twenty feet by thirty feet, with a small balcony that is five feet by twenty. The apartment had to have a bathroom, a kitchen with all standard appliances, a bedroom, and an area for general relaxing.
